1. Acceptance of Terms

jilis reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to meet or maintain these criteria entitles jilis to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with any associated balance subject to regulatory review and potential forfeiture.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) jilis account. The registration of multiple accounts by one individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and other details as requested. Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

jilis is required by applicable Philippine regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. jilis may at any time request that you submit identity verification documentation, including but not limited to:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, Driver's License, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of billing address;
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals;
• Such other documentation as jilis may reasonably require.

Pending completion of KYC verification, jilis may place restrictions on your account including suspension of withdrawal privileges. jilis accepts no liability for any inconvenience or financial loss resulting from your failure to timely complete the KYC process.

4. Deposits

All deposits to your jilis account must be made using payment methods officially supported by jilis at the time of deposit. Currently supported Philippine payment methods include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱).

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of criminal activity;
• You are the authorized owner of or have authorization to use the payment method used;

5. Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your real-money balance (excluding any locked bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be in good standing and not subject to any suspension, investigation, or restriction;
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed;

Each promotional offer is governed by specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.

General bonus rules include:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilis and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform;
• Unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your transmissions or data;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the jilis service;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any game outcome or result.

In no event shall jilis's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of jilis exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jilis account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
